CWMG supports YMCA for the Second Year in a Row!
For the second year in a row, our team at Chlumsky Wealth Management Group proudly stepped up to support the annual YMCA Golf Tournament; a day filled with friendly competition, community spirit, and a shared commitment to a great cause. The tournament is more than just a round of golf; it’s a way to give back to the YMCA and its mission of strengthening our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Being a part of this event again reminds us how important it is to stay connected to our SWFL community, and we are honored to help make that difference. Thank you to the YMCA for putting on such a well-organized and impactful event – we already are looking forward to next year!
Giving Back with Valerie’s House
The Chlumsky Wealth Management Group recently had the honor of volunteering at Valerie’s House, a remarkable non-profit dedicated to helping children and families navigate the grief of losing a loved one. Valerie’s House provides open-ended peer support groups and activities for children to heal after a significant loss in their life. Their powerful mission – “No Child Will Grieve Alone” -truly resonated with our team. We spent the evening serving dinner and getting to know the families who came, witnessing the strength of this incredible community. Chick-Fil-A was on the menu, and it was a definitely a hit with both the kids and adults! We even had the chance to tour the house, which is designed to be a warm, welcoming space for healing. Our team left feeling inspired and thankful for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful experience!

The Scout is Out!
We’ve been scouted! Look for Chlumsky Wealth Management Group in the new volume of The Scout Guide Fort Myers, a city guide that features excellent locally owned businesses in Fort Myers. This annual city guide highlights not only small businesses but community leaders, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations across Lee County. This feature allows us to connect with our community on a deeper level and share the passion behind what we do! We are thrilled and honored to be recognized in the first volume of The Scout Guide Fort Myers! Visit our office to pick up your complimentary copy! The 2024 “You’ve been Scouted” by The Scout Guide was bestowed by The Scout Guide as a result of Community efforts, unrelated to the business of the firm.
Shred Event – Sippin’ & Shreddin’
What better way to spend a Saturday morning than with the team members of Chlumsky Wealth Management Group! On Saturday, November 16th CWMG hosted our second Shred Event of the year! Clients and community members came together to “Sip & Shred” for a day of secure document shredding while enjoying a delicious specialty coffee from Forever Grounded Coffee Cart. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with our community and provide a valuable service, all while supporting a great cause. Thanks to the generosity of attendees, we collected over 261 pounds of non-perishable items for the Harry Chapin Food Bank. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for our Sippin’ & Shreddin’ event and helped make a positive impact!
Wine, Wisdom & Wealth
Our recent “Wine, Wisdom & Wealth” Event, hosted at the elegant Clive Daniel showroom, provided clients with an evening dedicated to year-end tax and financial strategies. Designed to blend insight with enjoyment, the event featured a range of culinary stations that creatively connected food with themes in tax and finance. Clients had the opportunity to mingle with advisors and team members, sharing insights and exploring personalized strategies in a relaxed, sophisticated setting. This atmosphere encouraged open dialogue, allowing clients to gain a clearer understanding of the financial landscape and how to best approach the coming year. The evening was both educational and enjoyable, marking a memorable experience for all attendees.
Celebrating the 20th Annual Cattle Baron’s Ball!
Chlumsky Wealth Management Group is proud to have sponsored the 20th Annual Cattle Baron’s Ball, supporting the American Cancer Society in Lee County. This western-themed gala, Celebrating 20 Years: Platinum Hopes and Western Ropes, brought the community together to celebrate two decades of commitment to the fight against cancer. Our team member Molly Kee, Client Associate, who joined the event committee, played a key role in bringing this celebration to life. From coordinating logistics to helping with setup on event days, Molly’s dedication and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the Platinum Hopes and Western Ropes gala was a success. The event was a memorable evening of live entertainment, gourmet cuisine, and inspiring stories of resilience and hope. We are honored to stand alongside the American Cancer Society in their mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.
Shred Event Success!
Chlumsky Wealth Management Group hosted our first annual Shred Event on Saturday, April 27th! We invited our community to shred it and forget it and join us at our office for pastries and coffee provided by Forever Grounded Coffee Food Truck. Safeguard Shredding provided us with a successful event and shredded over 3500 pounds of paper!!! (In case you are wondering, that is the same size as a full-grown male giraffe!) Be on the lookout towards the end of the year to participate in our next FREE Shred Event!
CWMG Raises funds to support the Fort Myers YMCA!
Chlumsky Wealth Management Group sponsored the YMCA of Southwest Florida in the Play For a Cause Charity Golf Tournament! Funds raised at this event are dedicated to providing scholarship assistance for children, families and seniors and expanding YMCA programming and services for everyone in the Fort Myers Community. Michael Siefert, Financial Advisor at CWMG is on the board of directors for the YMCA of SWFL and dedicates his time to support this nonprofit organization to give young people a chance at a better future, foster healthy lifestyles and help build a vibrant community.
